It’s a steam roller that just can’t be stopped.
Virginia, Utah, Oklahoma, Kentucky, Ohio. All of these states have either agreed they can’t ban same-sex marriage any longer or are in pending legal appeals. But the bottom line is states can no longer use the old excuses like religion or homos have no rights or the notion that only str8 couples can raise children.
Some experts feel the whole damn thing will once again end up at the doors of the Supreme Court as early as next year (no shit) where hopefully it will do what it should have done last June: not only reaffirm that banning same-sex marriage is unconstitutional, but that’s it’s the law of the land.
